Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 30/09/2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Redelux Group website and, where applicable, the purchase or use of products and services provided by Redelux or its relevant group companies.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting information, or using applicable services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the relevant website or service.

2. Company Information

Redelux Group operates through specialized companies serving different industries and business activities.

The specific legal entity responsible for a product, service, quotation, contract, invoice, transaction, or project will be identified in the relevant commercial documentation.

3. Product and Service Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about our products and services.

However, specifications, availability, pricing, designs, features, delivery timelines, and other details may change without prior notice.

4. Pricing

Where prices are displayed, they may be subject to change.

Applicable taxes, transportation charges, installation charges, customization costs, government charges, or other applicable fees may be additional unless expressly stated otherwise.

The final commercial terms will be confirmed through the applicable quotation, purchase order, invoice, contract, or other written document.

5. Orders and Enquiries

A website enquiry does not constitute acceptance of an order.

Orders, projects, installations, services, or other commercial arrangements become binding only when accepted or confirmed by the appropriate Redelux entity through applicable documentation.

6. Renewable Energy Projects

Solar and renewable energy projects may depend on technical assessment, site conditions, equipment availability, regulatory requirements, weather conditions, grid conditions, installation conditions, and other factors.

Any estimated generation, savings, performance, or return figures are subject to the assumptions and conditions stated in the relevant proposal or agreement.

7. Delivery and Installation

Where delivery or installation services are provided, the applicable timelines and responsibilities will be specified in the relevant commercial agreement.

Delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect delivery or project timelines.

8. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated through the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase order, or agreement.

Failure to make payments within agreed timelines may result in suspension, cancellation, additional charges, or other remedies where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation, replacement, return, and refund conditions may vary depending on the product, service, project, and applicable Redelux company.

The applicable commercial agreement or published policy will govern such matters.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, website content, documents, photographs, graphics, and other intellectual property belonging to Redelux remain the property of their respective owners.

No intellectual property rights are transferred through website access or ordinary business communication unless expressly agreed in writing.

11. Confidentiality

Where confidential information is exchanged between Redelux and a customer, supplier, partner, employee, or other party, the parties may be required to comply with applicable confidentiality obligations or a separate confidentiality agreement.

12. Compliance

Users and business partners are expected to comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry requirements, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.

13. Force Majeure

Redelux shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, regulatory changes, war, civil disturbance, strikes, transportation disruptions, infrastructure failures, cyber incidents, or major supply-chain disruptions.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant contract, Redelux shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or services.

Specific liability provisions may be established in individual contracts.

15. Changes

Redelux may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be published on the website or communicated through the applicable business channel.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute shall be handled in accordance with the dispute-resolution and jurisdiction provisions contained in the applicable contract or commercial agreement.
